We have selected 3 perennial flowers, 5 shrubs and 1 tree for you to add in the corners of your Foothill landscape. These Foothill plants need 15-20 inches of water per year (a typical lawn in the Intermountain West will require 36 inches of water per year).
Our Premium plants are easy to plant and establish quickly.
It may be necessary to substitute alternate Foothills plants in this sampler as the season progresses. Possible substitute species: Paeonia brownii, Callirhoe involucrata, Eriogonum umbellatum, Rhus glabra, Crataegus douglasii, Prunus pumila besseyi, Rosa woodsii.
