Our Guarantee
We guarantee you will receive healthy, vigorous, true to name plants that will transplant successfully and prosper. We will provide a replacement or refund for any plants that prove to be misnamed. If your fall or spring transplants fail to grow, you can choose to have a credit issued, or a one-time replacement plant (if available), or a refund. Claims on plants must be received by May 1 or within 3 weeks of receipt of plants if after May 1. We cannot be responsible for more than the purchase price of the plants. Our guarantee does not cover loss caused by neglect, severe weather or animals.
